Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to room availability. Please contact our front desk to arrange.
Check-Out
Late check-out until 2:00 PM can be requested for an additional charge. Extended stays may be arranged with reception.
- A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests.
- A credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals at check-in.
- Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures at no extra cost.
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property from check-in.
Children & Family
Water Pavilion warmly welcomes families and young guests
- Infants (0–2 years): Stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are available upon request at no extra cost.
- Children (3–11 years): Enjoy special children's rates when sharing a room with parents. Extra beds can be arranged at a small supplement.
- Teens (12+ years): Standard adult rates apply. Interconnecting rooms are available for larger families.
- Dining: A dedicated children's menu is available at all our restaurants with kid-friendly options and smaller portions.
- Safety: Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area. Life jackets are available at the pool deck.
- Activities: Our team can arrange age-appropriate activities and entertainment for younger guests. Ask at reception for details.

How to find us at Water Pavilion
By Air
Fly into Moi International Airport (MBA), Mombasa. Water Pavilion is approximately 30 minutes' drive south along the coast. We offer airport transfer services — please book in advance.
By Road
From Mombasa CBD, take the Likoni Ferry and follow the South Coast road (Diani direction). Follow signage for Water Pavilion. The drive takes roughly 45 minutes including the ferry crossing.
By SGR
Take the Madaraka Express from Nairobi to Mombasa Terminus. From there, taxis and shuttle services are available to our location. We can arrange pickup with prior notice.
